We study the principles of self-organization, and practice what we preach on the work floor. Keywords are trust and freedom to organize your own meetings and activities. We offer a lot of feedback and a personal budget for literature and education possibilities, so employees may best express their talents and creativity.

We are proud of our informal, "non-political" working atmosphere and invest in an office with respect for the environment and cultural diversity. Most employees have lunch together (prepared in-house by our concierge), we serve the best coffee in town, and the attic is reserved for foosball and billiards. We usually wrap up our Fridays with an informative lecture, followed by some discussion and drinks.
