Biography:

Joris Scharpff has a Master's Degree in computer science and is currently a member of the Algorithmics Group at Delft University of Technology. He did his thesis work in coordination of multi-agent planning at the TU Delft. Now, he is doing his Ph.D. research in the field of mechanism design and distributed artificial intelligence at Almende in cooperation with the TU Delft.
